Terms and Conditions

1. Services
Pivot PM Consultant  provides real estate consulting services, including advice, market analysis, and strategic guidance. Consultant does not act as a licensed broker or agent unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Independent Contractor
Consultant operates as an independent contractor and is the sole employee of the business. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created with any client.

3. Fees & Payment
All fees will be agreed upon in writing before services begin. Payments are due according to the terms stated in the agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. No Guarantees
Consultant makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, including property value, investment returns, or transaction success. All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information and to make all final decisions regarding real estate matters.

6. Confidentiality
Consultant will keep client information confidential and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consultant’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Any outstanding fees remain due.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Acceptance
By engaging Consultant’s services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
